Onward Search's client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join their team fulltime! We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience to fill the role. 


  • Concepting, implementing, optimizing and reporting on paid media plans (paid social, paid search and display).
  • Implementing optimization strategies, partnering with media directors to create testing plans for paid media campaigns.
  • Day-to-day media performance analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Daily campaign management, meeting and exceeding KPI's including volume and ROI targets.
  • Conceptualizing/initiating tests with the intent to continually improve critical metrics across campaigns.
  • Implementing best practices and procedures for campaign setup, ad trafficking, creative ideation, development, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Working cross-functionally with other teams to test and improve landing page performance for media campaigns.
  • Facilitating both campaign and account management when necessary.
  • Updating and presenting weekly campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Gathering and ensuring understanding of new and existing client business requirements, developing project briefs and implementing solutions to meet these requirements.
  • Reviewing, tracking and implementing new requests, change requests and creative/technical inquiries.


  • 3+ years of digital campaign management experience, including hands-on experience with paid search, paid media and display.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Prior experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets.
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing of ads and landing pages.
  • Ability to perform media performance analysis using statistics, experience identifying trends on large datasets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principals.
  • Proven experience leading campaigns that drive high ROI for clients.
  • Ad trafficking and pixel implementation experience – rich media, standard display, text, and re-directs.
  • Proven track record in managing ad campaigns using online automation to manage projects, purchase media, integrate data, serve ads, target users, and report on performance.
