Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Digital Content Coordinator to join their team.


  • Producing case studies and additional marketing collateral
  • Interview customers and digest sales briefs to gather input needed to write compelling success stories
  • Interview customers and digest briefs, develop written copy and proof read
  • Manage weekly localization efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and execute creation of digital web assets in various file formats
  • Promote and maintain standards of excellence in information management
  • Explore and implement creative solutions to further the release planning process


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Min 6 months experience managing digital web content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with a knack for creative solutions.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of web design principles and practices, including Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Passionate about supporting our users and understands what makes for a good user experience.
  • Google docs & drive experience.
  • HTML/CSS and SEO.
  • Experience working with custom backend tools & content management systems.
  • Experience managing localized, multilingual web content.
  • Experience using JIRA/Atlassian project management software.
  • Familiarity with Google web developer tools and consoles.
