Onward Search's client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Digital Content Coordinator to join their team. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 


  • Producing case studies and additional marketing collateral.
  • Interview customers and digest sales briefs to gather input needed to write compelling success stories.
  • Interview customers and digest briefs, develop written copy and proofread.
  • Manage weekly localization efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute the creation of digital web assets in various file formats.
  • Promote and maintain standards of excellence in information management.
  • Explore and implement creative solutions to further the release planning process.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6 months-2 years experience managing digital web content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seeking a strong writer with excellent copy editing capabilities with samples to showcase.
  • Experience working in iMovie or Adobe Premiere creating Digital video.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with a knack for creative solutions in problem solving independently through trial and error.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Must be reliable, and well-organized individual capable of quickly learning new workflows and retaining knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of web design principles and practices, including Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Passionate about supporting our users and understands what makes for a good user experience.
  • Google Docs & Google Drive experience.
