Our client, an international brand with offices located downtown Chicago, is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day website content workflows and the completion of tasks assigned to the digital content operations team. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to brand standards while creating strong content and maintaining SEO best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day website content workflows and the completion of tasks assigned to the digital content operations team
  • Building hotel property websites, coordinating with corporate departments and field representatives
  • Ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and project
  • Creating strong content while maintaining SEO best practices
  • Maintaining calendar entries of upcoming digital content projects and deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (English, Journalism, Communications, or related)
  • 1-2 years business/digital experience
  • CMS experience (Adobe AEM preferred)
  • Usability or conversion enhancement knowledge
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as hypertext markup language (HTML)
