This talent will help us expand the reach and influence across global millennial audiences with fantastic content. Skills:

  • Creating and managing brand content, including editing, adapting, and curating content about starting a career and evaluating pitches and submissions from outside contributors.
  • Managing visual stories for a new Snapchat channel, including helping with production and other logistics. Contribute to overall Snapchat strategy and identify opportunities to experiment on other emerging media platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage Snapchat and other social platforms to increase awareness of branded content and drive new audience growth.
  • Working with a high-level internal innovation team to evaluate audience growth and assess new strategic opportunities to connect with younger audiences.
  • Experimenting with new ways to engage a global audience on issues related to succeeding in the workplace, growing your career, and learning new skills.
  • Collaborating as needed design, product, and external vendors as needed to ensure a high-quality experience across all platforms.
  • Assessing analytics and other data to help measure the success of digital projects


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years digital editorial experience.
  • Experience working on Snapchat or Instagram.
  • Experience with audio and video a plus.
  • Interest in or experience with business and/or management content.
  • Proven skills in collaborating and communicating across teams.
  • Team-oriented mindset, someone who enjoys collaborating with people around the world.
