The ideal candidate will be responsible for website content and user experience by developing, executing and continually optimized content strategies in support of campaigns and channel optimization plans.

  • You adhere to campaign priorities and ensure campaign integration on owned platforms; ensure websites are kept up-to-date with accurate and timely merchandise as relevant content. You will partner with peers to create engaging consumer journeys for online ads and emails. This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
  • You drive content marketing initiatives through an editorial content calendar to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. You integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand
  • You conduct channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution
  • You make recommendations on website content and taxonomy to build competitive experiences in collaboration with Creative and User Experience (UX) experts,
  • You ensure web content is tailored to meet local assortment needs as necessary
  • You work with peers in the organization to continuously measure and optimize the digital experience through testing and monitoring and implement learnings
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline required.
  • 5 - 7 year's of experience working in Digital Marketing or eCommerce environment
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
  • You have an understanding of basic best practices of the main social media channels as well as content and best approaches to implement
  • Strong MS Office skills required
  • This role will require occasional travel up to 15%
