We’re looking for a great content designer/content strategist! You’ll focus on researching, creating and delivering information that people find truly valuable. Working closely in a cross-functional team alongside an Interaction Designer and Visual Designer, the Content Designer will manage the messaging component of the concept test team, led by a Digital, Product Manager. You will come up with concepts and write copy for both the initial tests and the ultimate consumer-facing executions. Of course, you will have in-depth experience in developing compelling, personalized stories across many different types of customer experiences and content. Your role includes everything from the concept test to Agile sprint planning, to designing/conducting/synthesizing primary and secondary research, to the messaging and presentation of user-facing content.
You’re an inspirational, collaborative, creative thinker and also capable of being the champion of the Content Design function a pushing other in the discipline to new levels of performance.
