Onward Search is looking for a Digital Creative Director to join our agency client, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that starts in a month. This is a full-time role, so be prepared for a short contracting period.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Leading design and UX teams.
  • Establishing creative strategy, budgets and schedules.
  • Pitching key accounts and delivering creative strategy.
  • Managing and mentoring the creative team.
  • Working with executive team to improve processes and tools.
  • Assigning creative leads and teams to accounts and projects.
  • Maintaining an active list of creative contractor resources (copywriters, visual designers, photographers, developers, 3D artists, etc.)

We are seeking an Digital Creative Director who meets the following requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience as a Digital Creative Director.
  • Experience leading the strategy and direction of design and UX teams.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Recent hands-on digital design experience.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • UX / Interactive Design experience.
  • Principle knowledge of visual design.
  • Technology B2B experience is a plus.
  • Auto B2C experience is a plus.
