We are looking for a digital designer with UX experience to work on a variety of responsive projects.

This person will be embedded with the digital design team, working in close collaboration with Product, UX, Marketing and Tech teams.


  • Designing layouts, user flows and interaction design features for website
  • Developing prototypes for user testing. Participation in tests and iteration on design following test results
  • Executing Qualtrics promotions
  • Designing and occasionally executing layouts for newsletters and email campaigns
  • Assisting tech: providing design specs and feedback throughout the development process
  • Handling daily communication with product managers, UX and tech
  • Participating in Outcomes daily/weekly meetings and ceremonies


  • Bachelor of Arts degree in design or design-related course of study
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design for digital platforms
  • Design portfolio documenting professional experience in user-oriented interaction design
  • Good understanding of UX principles
  • Experience in creating prototypes and high degree of familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, In Vision and Axure
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS, especially Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and good knowledge of CSS
  • Familiarity with the agile process
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to handle many tasks concurrently, ability to work fast under deadline
