As designer, you’ll collaborate with creative director, Digital VP, designers, developers, writers, editors, strategists and analysts. You’ll be responsible for building web properties and collateral focused on fresh, informed design perspectives. You’ll combine a point of view on effective design and marketing principles with a deep understanding of how to conceptualize, communicate, build and execute your ideas.

Our ideal candidate will be excited about creative strategy for our digital momentum including new sites, new email campaigns, and digital ads - and love this type of work!

S/he should inspire other designers and execute progressive ideas and attention to detail. We have an open, collaborative culture and we’re looking for solutions-oriented thinkers.

Offices in Wilmington. This is a full-time role but allows for some remote work if needed or if the drive is far.

Daily Duties:

  • Revise, maintain, and produce new and existing creative for multiple wellness brands!
  • Set the standard for other designers
  • Push boundaries and break new ground
  • Find new ways to engage users through all digital channels
  • Present insight-driven approaches and concepts internally and externally
  • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies in design and digital marketing, provide guidance on adoption where appropriate
  • Support all digital teams in achieving company-wide goals while iterating on strategic initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ (mid) or higher years experience in digital & print design.
  • Understanding of UX, responsive design, Adobe Creative Suite (including; InDesign CC), and HTML5. Hands-on knowledge not required.
  • A BA/BS or MA/MS in Graphic Design or UX design
  • A master problem solver who loves to improve things.
  • Working knowledge of html, css, and javascript a plus.
  • Curiosity and skills in photography and videography a plus.
  • Someone talented enough to do the work but experienced enough to know when to focus on the big picture
  • A naturally curious and never satisfied lust for learning - a must.
  • Someone comfortable with candor and able to deliver it with respect and humility
  • An outstanding sense of humor a plus!
