Onward Search is looking for a Digital Designer to join our client in the Retail space. You will be responsible for helping to bring this unique brand to life across all digital platforms. You will be part of the creative team that designs and develops strategic positioning for the brand. From site creative to email campaigns and online media, your design skills will turn our strategy into a rich and elevated consumer experience.

This role will be focused on production of ecommerce assets and layouts for North America and Western Europe on-site content, email and performance media (paid social/display banners), specifically looking to build their ecommerce platform.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong graphic design, typography & composition skills
  • Someone who is resourceful and takes initiative
  • Experience in digital design
  • Advanced knowledge of Sketch and/or Figma & Adobe Suite
  • Ability to socialize and present creative work
  • Craft and develop digital content and storytelling with our Gen-Z consumer in mind
  • A team player with a positive, hard-working attitude, able to inspire and challenge other team members


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or design-related equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in digital design for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience.
  • Excellent skills in Bohemian Sketch and/or Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Deep understanding of current digital design trends for e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of digital commerce, user-experience, and social media platforms
  • Any other design experience is valued. Must show fully comprehensive portfolio
