Our client with a global brand and eCommerce products is looking for a full time Digital Designer for a hybrid role in Connecticut!  This is a great opportunity for someone that loves the digital marketing design space and would like to truly grow their career with a proven company for years to come.  And there is an existing team with great experience that you will be able to learn from and contribute within!

This role has a great salary and up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance.  And the interview process will be quick, with one video interview and if that goes well, one final group interview on-site at the office.

Digital Designer Responsibilities:

  • You will design and re-design digital assets for a range of partner brands, channels, and platforms (social media, display advertising, eCommerce, landing pages, promotional emails, etc.)
  • You will design web assets and maintain visual content across multiple homepages using their CMS tool
  • You will be collaborating with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
  • You will ensure consistency in designs as applied to web and mobile experiences
  • You will review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
  • You will participate in team and brand design discussions and provide feedback during planning and strategy meetings
  • You will help research industry trends to present ideas and concepts
  • You will prioritize multiple projects as needed
  • You will present design ideas and concepts as needed

Digital Designer Requirements:

  • Between 2 to 5 years of design experience, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing design
  • Must have a clean portfolio of previous digital design samples
  • Must be skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
  • A Plus – experience working with eCommerce websites
  • A Plus – experience with UX tools, like XD, Figma, etc.
