Onward Search is on the hunt for a Digital Graphic Designer to join the team of a natural personal care ecommerce company. You will be helping the fast-growing marketing team with their email program and will also support additional digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with both email design and HTML coding.


  • Design engaging visuals primarily for emails but will support other digital channels as well (output is ~30-40 emails per month)
  • Support setup of content in Klaviyo
  • Work with strategy and development teams to provide recommendations
  • Provide creative insight and recommendations for A/B testing initiatives
  • Stay on top of latest design and usability trends, especially around mobile
  • Assist with design on social media and advertising content as needed
  • Collaborate with the web and online marketing teams to ensure graphics and collateral aligns across all channels (web, email, CX steam, branded inserts, etc.)

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of digital graphic design experience, including some experience with email marketing design
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email coding is highly preferred
  • Background in ecommerce
  • Keen eye for layout, typography, color, and icons
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
  • Knowledge of email and UX best practices, mobile standards and cross device compatibility
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design experience working with a variety of brands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in health & wellness, personal care, and ecommerce
  • Experience working in the consumer products industry is a huge plus
  • High standards, takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
  • Resourceful, innovative, and works with a sense of urgency
