Our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team for an exciting opportunity to work with a crowd funding focused agency.


  • Have a complete understanding of Google Drive. Creating, sharing and managing google drive folders. Uploading, duplicating and [detailed] editing all google drive word, PPT and excel documents. Creating, editing and managing sharing preferences for google drive word and excel sheets, and operating google calendar. Candidates will also be expected to learn how to use Basecamp as our team wide and client facing task management software.

  • Attend all client facing calls (~10 calls a week, 1 hour per call).

  • While on client calls, take detailed notes for tasks that need to be completed by the team and client team and send a debrief email after the call highlighting all next steps. After sending email, upload all internal and client facing tasks into basecamp (as per our internal Basecamp task time/team assign system) and send any necessary calendar invites.

  • As new clients are on-board, make sure that all Arora Project on-boarding processes are executed properly (client paperwork is signed in a timely manner, invoices are created, sent and paid properly, and that all documents and on-boarding paperwork is sent to client).

  • Manage internal task pipeline via Basecamp for all internal team tasks and projects. As client work comes in, plug client work into Basecamp (each task assigned by date and by team mate) and ensure that tasks are being progressed on schedule or ideally in advance of schedule across all projects in the Project pipeline

  • More importantly than anything, our ideal candidate will need to thrive with a great attention to detail in a fully digital internal team and client management environment.


  • 2+ years of experience within the digital marketing world.

  • Knowledge and experience with Google and Facebook advertising.

  • Expert in Digital Marketing

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
