Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Marketing Operations Specialist to join the digital team. We're looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaign execution to prospects and existing customers through various digital channels (e-mail, push notifications, in-app, retargeting) across direct-to-consumer video properties.
  • Take ownership and accountability with regards to the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of campaign execution.
  • Interfaces primarily with Operations Managers and Marketing partners accountable for campaign business results, external agency resources, and internal support teams.
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns for mobile notifications, web/browser notifications, in-app banners, and some email.
  • Ensure accuracy of content and timing, and working customer experience.
  • Review and proof emails including content, rendering, and links.
  • Monitor reporting to ensure campaigns are executing and delivering as expected.
  • Test new marketing functionality against exit criteria before releasing to production.

Musts:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM / direct marketing in a fast-paced consumer environment, ideally within a digital-based subscription B2C business.
  • 1+ years of project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with the following channels (at scale): email, push, in-app banners
  • Experience or familiarity working with MarTech tools e.g. SAS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Localytics, Airship, Braze
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present recommendations, influence others and build relationships.
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Pluses:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience with Digital, Media, and Entertainment
  • Experience working the agency partners on developing and building creative assets – includes agency and/or client-side
  • Experience with HTML
