Onward Search has a new opportunity with a big client in New York City. This opportunity is for a Digital Marketing Associate that can start immediately onsite at our client’s office. Our client is looking for an experienced email marketer to join the digital channels team. The perfect candidate should be passionate about driving strategic best practices, as well as marketing and operations excellence for client engagement through email marketing automation and digital events. Create, deploy, and manage email campaigns, on behalf of marketing colleagues (drip campaigns, lead scoring + segmentation, and landing pages focused on nurturing leads and deepening client engagement)
Design A/B tests, track results and optimize campaigns
Coordinate life and on-demand digital events (webinars)
Partner with IT and data organizations, using digital product management methodologies to troubleshoot issues and support platform enhancements
Provide subject matter expertise to help the organization develop and mature its marketing automation capabilities
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Must have at least 3 years of high impact email marketing and/or digital program management and execution experience
Hands-on experience integrating Marketing Automation platform with CRM Systems
Demonstrated achievement applying best practices for clients or employers
Experience coordinating data and content assets, working with a diverse team of Marketing Specialists, Experience Designers, and technology partners
Passion for actionable ideas on how digital technology can improve the client experience and drive business results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Client-centric and always looking for ways to optimize the client experience
Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, who gets the work done with enthusiasm
