Our client, a premium streaming content provider, is seeking a freelance Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Engagement & Retention team.


  • Support efforts to strengthen relationship with the customer throughout their lifecycle – driving high-value behaviors, helping reduce churn, and increasing lifetime value – ultimately growing brand love
  • Support the strategy and execution of summer engagement marketing campaigns – developing testing plans, evaluating results, and producing report
  • Develop captivating marketing creative in collaboration with Creative and Brand teams
  • Drive viewership of strategically important content including Originals, marquee shows, and other subscription drivers
  • Conduct and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research to develop best practices
  • Work with the Email & Push team to produce, deploy and analyze campaigns


  • 2-4+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, entertainment video streaming experience is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce/exact target is required
  • Seeking candidates who have strong attention to detail, likes to think strategically, is intellectually curious, and thrives in an undefined environment

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
