Onward Search is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our legal services client, for a full-time opportunity that starts as soon as possible.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all marketing efforts, including public relations, social media, client communications, campaigns and overall promotion
  • Coordinating all company events (such as conferences, webinars and appreciation events)
  • Organizing all marketing campaigns to align with business goals and objectives
  • Reviewing, updating and maintaining quality assurance on all company marketing communications (websites, social media outlets, materials, brochures, blogs, newsletters, announcements, etc.)
  • Attending and participating in all conference sponsorship events
  • Enhancing and overseeing all search engine optimization efforts
  • Generating and updating weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing reports, and attend weekly meetings with the CEO
  • Managing the Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager who meets the following requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Recent experience in a marketing program management role
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Hubspot is preferred)
  • Experience developing digital marketing strategies
  • Experience building and managing dashboards, scorecards and actionable marketing reports
  • Experience with SEM/SEO, content development and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Legal/Financial industry experience is a plus
