Onward Search has an excellent opportunity for a stellar Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing Brand/Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll build, manage and support critical consumer-facing marketing programs designed to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of these programs to the Company’s leadership. You’ll also collaborate closely with a team of highly talented analysts, marketers, cross-functional business leaders, and creatives on a daily basis to execute on our goals.


  • Develop, execute, analyze and optimize digital marketing programs, including both paid and unpaid initiatives.
  • Develop and test digital marketing campaigns to minimize CAC and CPL.
  • Manage, execute and analyze A/B tests to maximize user engagement and revenue.
  • Establish our social media strategy and be the primary point person for establishing, maintaining and growing our day-to-day presence, and driving business results with this channel.
  • Monitor and collect data on the company’s funnel-related performance from various tracking tools, and identify where there are opportunities to improve sales.
  • Partner with Design to develop creative for all digital efforts.
  • Manage transaction emails, notifications & alerts working to build the brand and maximize revenue.
  • Unlock data-driven insights aimed at powering revenue growth and profitability.
  • Distribute content to website, drip campaigns and social media sites.
  • Conduct ROI analyses on campaigns and other marketing efforts.


  • BS/BA in related field; MBA is a plus!
  • 5-8 years proven track record in a Digital Marketing Manager role.
  • Resourceful, able to self-manage.
  • Experience with AdWords, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, AdWords, Instagram, Twitter, Unbounce, Mailchimp.
  • Consumer/eCommerce experience a plus.
  • Strong data analytics experience is critical; SQL or other database experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, team management and presentation skills.
  • Team player who is a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
