Our client, a lifestyle company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team fulltime! We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 

You will report to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for the following:


  • Managing and developing eCommerce and digital marketing budgets.
  • Establishing KPIs for business performance, web/social performance, and audience acquisition and growth.
  • Managing CRM efforts, retaining existing customers as well as expanding customer base.
  • Working cross-functionally across both product and marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns.
  • Managing business partner inventory allocation seasonally in accordance with revenue budgets to maximize sales.
  • Partnering with the product, marketing, and sales team to assist in planning, execution, delivery, and tracking of direct to consumer catalogs.
  • Managing the content calendar, ensuring that both web and social messaging are consistent with seasonal campaigns.
  • Ideating and implementing campaigns to grow an online audience, website traffic, and social followers.
  • Creating and deploying channel based DTC marketing tactics (SEO, email, social media, online advertising, etc..).
  • Researching, presenting and implementing new and emerging technologies/applications, maximizing online consumer experiences.


  • 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer online marketing.
  • Strength in both analytics and project management.
  • Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with online media buying and campaign analysis.
  • Experience in executing and evaluating email, search / SEO advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with direct-mail catalogs.
  • The process is driven with a passion for details and ability to finish projects in accordance with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lifestyle market strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and / or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
