Onward Search is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients, a premier Hospitality, Travel, and Leisure company in Dallas.


  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns that are tied to specific revenue driving KPIs.
  • Experience with paid digital media in any or all of the following channels: paid search, display, metasearch, or paid social.
  • Experience working with regional or franchise clients/ or account management experience.
  • Involved in paid media strategy decisions and optimization that impact media budget/media goals.
  • Ability to analyze and pull data to make strategic decisions, share media insights with leadership, and share reporting with clients to demonstrate results.
  • Work in a team environment and can demonstrate intellectual leadership skills to make critical decisions that impact media.
  • Management of external agencies to launch paid media campaigns.
  • Problem-solving skills and implementing changes that helped processes become more efficient or resulted in stronger campaign results.


  • Ability to evaluate key marketing metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques, and an understanding of how they can support cross-channel marketing.
  • An understanding of ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, and experience supervising outside vendors.
  • Working knowledge of best practices in SEM and digital marketing.
  • Time management skills and analytical abilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or a technical-related major).
  • Experience with digital marketing and rich media.
  • Strong project management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills required.
