Our client, a hospitality company in Fort Lauderdale, is looking for a Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the digital marketing efforts across channels including email, paid social, search, display networks, and more
  • Oversee the timely and accurate publishing of promotions and assets on both b2c and b2b web sites, (flyers, web banners, emails, videos)
  • Oversee content management including the accuracy of web site content
  • Responsible for implementation of a new consumer e-commerce website
  • Implement strategies to increase online lead generation and booking conversions
  • Serve as liaison with advertisers in delivering new promotions, landing pages and editing copy
  • Track and measure performance for all digital marketing efforts and constantly seek to improve ROI
  • Work with PR team to coordinate influencer & blogger campaigns
  • Supervise the digital marketing coordinator in implementing changes for SEO and landing pages, administering of social posts, blogs, videos, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of social media best practices and techniques including community management, engagement and creative standards
  • Experience using web content management systems
  • Must be a team player and highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude; self motivated, a self-starter, and internet savvy
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to conduct periodic checking of brand social media platforms on weekends
  • E-commerce and Management experience is required
  • Experience implementing brand new website
  • Travel may be required
