Onward Search is hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager! This is a contract to hire position in Roswell. Health benefits available during the contract period.

Ideal candidate will be an expert in driving ecommerce revenue, a savvy Facebook and Instagram media buyer, and a champion of marketing within the organization. This person will enjoy developing our brands and finding new and innovative ways to connect with our customers.

  • Overall responsibility – Execute and manage day to day marketing campaigns on Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), E-Mail, and more. Manage annual marketing calendar, achieve performance (ROAS / CPA) and revenue goals, and manage marketing budget. Develop and execute new marketing campaigns and strategies. You will be able to move projects forward quickly, and you will get to see your work make a big impact on our business.
  • Key Duties / Areas of Responsibility
  • Create, grow, optimize, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other ad vendors. You will be doing this yourself in-house.
  • Analyze and make adjustments to our paid marketing campaigns as needed, including creative, budgets and bids.
  • Monitor, track, and report on marketing metrics for all channels, including ROAS, trends, customer insights, and spend optimization. Review progress weekly with CEO.
  • Manage advertising platform relationships (Facebook, Pinterest, etc) and stay up to date on latest developments and product releases.
  • Monitor social accounts for customer comments and coordinate responses with Customer Service Manager and / or other team members as needed.
  • Work with artist and photographer to develop optimal marketing materials based on brand strategy, marketing campaign analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate newsletters. This includes creation, scheduling, and optimizing newsletters for the best chance of success.
  • Be in-tune with latest social media / pop culture developments.
  • Work with team to develop long term marketing strategy.
  • Remain flexible in your job responsibilities, as they will develop and change over time. You will have ample opportunity to take the initiative on new opportunities that come up.
  • Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required)
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Up-to-date media buying experience, specifically on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Snapchat experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple channels.
  • Experience running direct response advertising campaigns, particularly with an online retailer.
  • Understanding of the marketing space and new trends.
  • Adept at figuring out new software quickly.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Must be a self starter / motivator. Must be able to drive work forward with minimal guidance.
  • Must have the ability to generate creative ideas AND execute these ideas.
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
