Our client, an international consulting firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Miami, FL team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, execution & optimization of multiple digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Facebook ads manager & Mailchimp

  • Coordinate the development of digital marketing campaigns working alongside internal teams

  • Review and manage marketing budgets per client per campaign

  • Define campaign KPI's

  • Ensure that marketing budgets are met for each client

  • Monitor and report to the client & internal team weekly on the progress of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Take part in the creation of strategies that increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

  • Demonstrable experience leading, managing and optimizing Search (SEO/SEM), Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns, as well as Retargeting

  • Strong knowledge of website analytics e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (with Certification) and Retargeting tools e.g. Adroll

  • Experience with A / B testing to drive improved response

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Highly organized, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Live and breathe digital campaigns

  • Strong project management skills to ensure the timely launch & completion of multiple digital marketing campaigns that are
