Our client, a dating app start-up, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

You will report to the GM and be responsible for:

  • Plan, Develop & Execute Full Year Strategy Marketing Plans
  • Work with General Manager to create strategy, development, and execution of year-round integrated marketing plans. Build and execute overall strategy and execution for all marketing, including the creation of goals, approach, audience targets, positioning, creative guidance, and overall communication and engagement strategy.
  • Lead communication for creative development for social, including graphics, copy and videos
  • Cultivate positive relationships and partner with appropriate internal teams including Growth, Design, Product, etc., partnering daily with external agencies, production partners, and talent to plan, manage, and oversee the execution of brand marketing deliverables.
  • Able to effectively communicate different facets of each campaign to executives, external production partners, talent and talent representatives.
  • Lead marketing team planning across campaigns, including leading key meetings, developing campaign recaps and updates, and using project documents, such as marketing trackers, timelines, status reports, budget review, etc. to ensure execution against goals.
  • Assist Growth team on all branding and copywriting for paid ad activations.
  • Support in management for Digital Marketing Specialist.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in digital marketing experience, with a strong preference given to candidates with experience in marketing social/dating apps or have strong branding experience.
  • Have run creatively led 360-campaigns, from show strategy to executing the tactics, with a focus on organic and influencer marketing, and delivering results.
  • Track record of strong creative judgment that engages the LGBTQ+ audience.
  • Experience working directly with talent, representation and creators to partner on campaigns. Able to guide creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
  • Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire teams, including those who are not direct reports.
  • Effective collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment able to handle multiple launch campaigns happening at once.
  • Highly data-driven possessing strong ability to use insights to frame recommendations and results in concise and actionable reports
  • Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution. Coach / Player mentality.
  • Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment.
