Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their digital marketing team fulltime!
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Define marketing strategy with a heavy emphasis on digital
Manage acquisition marketing channels including paid search / paid social, SEO, content marketing, etc.
Generate engagement, drive brand awareness, and support sales
Ensure planning and smooth execution of digital touch points (from acquisition to retention & engagement) across a consumer’s journey (to include paid media, display, SEO, and content).
Balance strategies for both new & returning users to optimize ROI and lifetime value
Develop and maintain a digital calendar and database of assets to drive engagement, sales and retention
Own paid funnel, using data to optimize, expand and test targets/keywords, bids and budgets, landing pages, creative and copy, etc.
Develop and communicate ideas for improving strategies and lead the implementation of those ideas
Manage a team, including channel owners for content marketing, SEO, and digital paid search & social, including identifying employee growth opportunities
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience, showing increasing responsibility
Expert of all core digital channels such as display, paid social, SEO, and PPC
Proven experience driving success through performance marketing
Possess a deeply analytical / data driven mindset, but also be able to balance art and creative
Proficient with lifetime value and cost per acquisition, attribution models, and cohort analysis
Experience managing a team, setting goals, and ensuring employee success
E-commerce experience preferred
Omniture and Google Analytics experience desired
