Digital Media Operations Manager

Onward Search is looking for an experienced Digital Media Operations Manager to bring a high level of creativity to one of our clients.

While setting up, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on search engines, you will conduct keyword research and A/B testing with your team to optimize conversion rates. You’ll also reduce the CPA, bid on keywords, manage the daily spends and report on key performance indicators to leadership.


  • Experience managing multiple accounts and tracking daily and monthly PPC spends
  • Ability to build and track PPC campaigns and ensuring each campaign meets desired performance results
  • Understanding of the latest tools and techniques for paid online marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail


  • 2-3 years of experience in PPC campaign management and SEO strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or technical-related major)
  • Google AdWords certification
