Field Strategy in partnership with Learning and Development is looking for a Digital Media Creative to support the evolution of global Learning and Training programs. In this role you'll work with learning and development professionals, product owners, creative writers and Digital UX teams to bring content to life in videos, narrated presentations, podcasts and more.

As the ideal candidate, you’re an experienced content creator who has the ability to adapt written content to short-form digestible vignettes that users can consume on-demand. You're a multi-media savvy wordsmith, presenter, user advocate, and systematic thinker seeking a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment. Experience in developing learning programs

Responsibilities

  • Work with established branding strategy and guidelines to craft intuitive and engaging learning experiences through the written word across multiple touchpoints (e.g., SharePoint, Podcasts, Video, Web, UIs)
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage the content and voice of our product
  • Plan, strategize, and execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needs
  • Assist the team with copy needs for presentations and documents
  • Share knowledge and educate the team and the organization about UX writing process and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, User Experience (UX), or related fields
  • 5+ year of experience in digital media - video, podcast, web, apps
  • Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your Digital Media skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
