Onward Search is seeking a Web Content Specialist assist in building out various messaging application campaigns. Our client, a well-known financial institution is one of the leaders in financial technology and is constantly recognized as one of the top places to work.   • Provide business process or systems support that may include duties, such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition, and hypothesized improvement opportunities
  • Work within Epiphany framework to build customer-facing messages within our authenticated site
  • Manage content for various initiatives in Chariot (CMS)
  • Work to validate messages within our QA region & on Java API using Postman for GET and
  • POST requests for messaging application
  • Use SIPOC analysis, process maps, RACI, Six Sigma, or other related methodologies
  • Work on Agile activities in scrum and Kanban
  • Re-engineer existing processes
  • Facilitate organizational change and performance measures
  • Influence & negotiate with other functional areas
  • Provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management
