Our e-commerce client is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing manager for a 7-month, 40hr/week assignment.
You will report to Head of Digital & Ecommerce while working with a CRM/Content Manager and social media associate.
Digital Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Own digital performance marketing strategy with laser focus on campaign-specific results and driving commercial performance
- Partner with Head of Digital & E-commerce to triple D2C business in eight months
- Steer decision process across all paid channels (search, social and programmatic)
- Optimize budgets to maximize CPA and scale new customers
- Provide insights and recommendations on spend and growth tactics
- Oversee / guide media buying agency
- Help with e-commerce forecasting by utilizing reporting, data, and analysis
Digital Performance Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant performance marketing experience at a D2C e-commerce brand or agency (ideally performance marketing)
- Track record of building strategy and utilizing paid channels for quick e-commerce growth
- Comfortable having leaderships' eyes on them - success, and failures are held to a high regard
- Excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, wear multiple hats, and learn new processes
- Ability to go into the LA office once safe
