One of our Financial Services clients is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Customer Experience team and manage the Alerts & Notifications experience within the organization. This person will be responsible for managing the account alerts experience for customers, while giving them the ability to manage, view and update their account settings, giving them the ability to make sure their account is in good standing. This person will be responsible for working with highly skilled cross-functional teams to make sure key metrics are met while coming up with an innovative approach to engage customers in this self-service process, and manage the enhancements from ideation to production and release

Must Haves:

  • 4-7 years of Digital Product Management experience
  • Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of digital product trends
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams with innovative problem solving
  • Ability to drive strategy from ideation to completion
  • Competency with product/ project management tools
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience working within an Agile environment


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
