Our client, a large corporation in Miami is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis!

in this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for the creation of a wide variety of visual assets in all media including email, digital display, video, web and interactive. Develop and implement online marketing assets for promotions and products. Coordinate and communicate effectively with business owners, marketing reps, and creative team to ensure that the visual design successfully delivers the desired message and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality high-impact creative for email, digital display and interactive media that reflect strategy and are compliant with brand and delivers on the marketing creative briefs
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to: building and coding email campaigns, database selection, testing, configuration and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns through ESP platform.
  • Manipulate photography in Photoshop according to brand guidelines. Ensure that all final files are properly created, labeled and filed in the image library
  • Collaborate with other designers and broader marketing team to ensure all work is consistently meeting creative brand standards
  • Edit, publish and maintain the web sites with promotion updates and content changes from the business utilizing the content management system (CMS). Develop landing pages, website promotions and other web based (HTML) projects as needed
  • Effectively manage projects and large workload on a variety of projects from simple to complex multichannel campaigns
  • Procure necessary approvals through reviews with Manager, Director and other business owners prior to releasing creative to external partners and/or production vendors
  • Delivery of wide variety of projects on time. Accurately track project timelines/deadlines and creative hours

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design and/or Advertising preferably from Design/Fine Art Institution or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience
  • 3+ years design experience in a corporate or agency creative department required. Strong portfolio that includes consumer digital design, branding, multi-media campaigns and video. Experience in website, bootstrap platform, Drupal platform, online industry and travel experience a plus
  • Strong time and creative project management skills. Knowledge and experience with HTML. A thorough understanding of print production is a must in order to be able to interact with Production Manager for the development of printed materials. Video editing skills is a plus. B2B work a plus. Ability to create strategic design for Email and Web. Advanced knowledge in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DreamWeaver etc. Understanding of CMS & HTML Codes
