Our client, a media publisher in NYC, is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator ASAP!
The key to the role is extreme orginizational skills and attention to detail.
You wil work with a creative strategy team on looking data for social campaigns, discovering patterns, performance based on creative aspects, etc. in order to tell a brand story correctly.
You will ensure designers are onboard - clearing images and videos for rights and permissions - routing assets once they are in a good place, having the necessary approvals, then uploading assets and handing them off to an external agency.
You will also be performing QA duties before any campaigns go live, ensuring everything is approved, on brand, and 100% correct.
You will be involved on pre-campaign launches, post campaigns, as well as all brainstroming and creative strategy kickoffs.
You are hyper organized, comfortable communicating accross divisions - across functions - with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn some new skills, and are interested in creative and strategy.
