Onward Search's client, a boutique creative agency, is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their team for a B2B tech client project. You will be managing cross-functional teams consisting of client, design, vendors, and media, along with the following skills and responsibilities. 

Skills:

  • Managing cross-functional teams consisting of client, design, vendors, and media.
  • Working on the creation of digital banners, social media placements, rich media and home page takeovers for tech B2B client.
  • Breaking down media spec sheets to parse out the necessary information to kick off, lead and manage projects.
  • Using strong eye for details doing quality control at all points during project lifecycle before reviews and trafficking.
  • Being client facing daily, as well as leading status meetings and in-persons.
  • Bring the primary point person for all planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management related action items.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital project management or digital production role.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Proven project management experience with planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management.
  • Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Office, Keynote and all things iOS.
  • Strong digital experience and comfortable with top social channels and platforms.
  • Creative files and specs.
  • A passion for making great content and a problem-solvers attitude to get it done whatever it takes.
  • Familiar with the fundamentals of brand strategy and research is preferred as well as branding project experience.
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, demands, work streams, and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team environment.
  • Confident, outgoing, and have the ability to be client-facing throughout the relationship.
