Onward has a client north of LA that is seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Associate, preferably with pharma experience, to support the digital studio with all of the production assets to ensure that final product is error-free and meets brand requirements.

Skills:

  • QA/proof all digital assets to ensure accurate and timely work is being produced.
  • Attend weekly status meetings.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all digital media produced internally for technical accuracy.
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are being followed on digital media produced internally.
  • Ensure Project Manager briefs are followed on digital media produced internally.
  • Adhere to internal workflows and processes.
  • Coordinate with Creative Producer to ensure assets are of suitable quality.
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a great understanding and appreciation of the client’s brands.
  • Surpass client expectations by achieving great results.
  • Stay abreast of technology both in online and digital media.
  • Constantly remain well versed with all brand guidelines relevant to the Digital Studio.
  • Advise and suggest improved methods for QA and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years experience with both Mac and PC operating systems.
  • Working experience with online advertising.
  • Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience in the following an existing brand guideline.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Pharma experience preferred.
