Our client is seeking a DIGITAL MEDIA-MARKETING SPECIALIST with 2-4 years of experience to come aboard as a full time member of a growing e-commerce/direct to consumer business in the San Fernando Valley.

This role will focus on developing the DTC business via social media strategy and analytical expertise. The perfect candidate will come with experience working with creating social media campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords. Solid experience with SEO & SEM, tracking performance with Google Analytics is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
  • Optimize and revise content and targets on-going based on analytics, ROI, traffic generated
  • Responsible for AB testing across ads and landing pages
  • Report on campaign performance with team daily, weekly and monthly creating insights & making strategic recommendations
  • Analyze results, conduct keyword searches and use live and historical data to constantly improve results
  • Bring improvement opportunities for driving growth to the team
  • Use Google Analytics & Shopify reporting technologies and stay up to date on Facebook, Google and other outlets for trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Paid Social
  • BA/BS
  • Native English speaker
  • Solid track record of creating/executing acquisition campaigns for positive business results
  • Solid Facebook advertising knowledge including algorithms, audience segmentation, scaling techniques and bidding strategies
  • Keep records of data supporting campaigns that are conversion based
  • Experience needed in managing creative & executing ads
  • Experience managing ad budgets, setting and tracking KPIs
  • Come with a love of analytics and data
  • Powerful adjectives that describe you include: professional, responsible, detail-oriented, strategic thinking, organized
  • Passion for marketing, paid search and data analysis
  • Google & Facebook certified preferred
  • Graphic design & video editing skills a plus
