Our client, a leading branding agency, is in search of a Director of Digital Strategy to join their team in NYC. This is an exciting role for someone looking to further develop their B2B career in an award winning, highly creative environment.
What you'll be doing:
Web strategy and concept lead; overseeing the creation of programs and the guidance of the execution plan.
Deliver insights and web content strategies for the B2B consumer as well as the general market.
Sell ideas internally and externally and present at a high level.
Deep understanding of web development and production including timelines, budgets and trouble shooting bugs and glitches.
Where applicable, manage and mentor junior staff; provide professional development recommendations within this team and greater organization.
Ability to oversee, concept & wireframe digital productions from applications to responsive designs.
Ability to identify, source and manage vendors.
Provide KPIs for all digital programs and facilitate reporting based on those along with writing insights and recommendations.
Works closely with account teams to identify new opportunities in the space for clients and potential clients alike.
6+ years in a strategy role in a B2B marketing or advertising agency.
Have operated in a Strategy Director role previously.
Deep understanding of B2B branding, web and digital strategy and best practices.
Must have indepth experience with web content strategy for corporate websites, brand marketing, email marketing and branding.
Comprehensive understanding of web development/planning, social media, display advertising, mobile platforms, email marketing, etc.
Must understand behaviors and best practices of consumers across integrated mediums.
A basic understanding of other marketing channels (print, ooh, experiential, etc.) and their seamless intersections with the interactive/digital world.
Strong understanding of user research, user-centric design principles, and online consumer behavior.
Excellent project prioritization and organizational skills.
Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly lead internal teams, working closely with agency-wide project management, creative and account management teams.
Motivated to implement change in processes to improve our way of doing business.
