Onward Search is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager for one of our clients.

Your responsibilities revolve around developing and implementing new digital media programs for the business, as well as tracking and measuring their success. In addition to managing a team, you will also be responsible for the strategy and delivery for the Search, Social, Display and Affiliate Marketing channels.


  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to evaluate key marketing metrics and report on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques, and an understanding of how they can support cross-channel marketing
  • An understanding of ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, and experience supervising outside vendors
  • Working knowledge of best practices in SEM and digital marketing
  • Time management skills and analytical abilities


  • 7+ years of digital media experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or a technical-related major)
  • Experience with digital marketing and rich media
  • Strong project management, vendor management and interpersonal skills required
