Our client, a financial technology company, is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join their team.


  • Driving partner acquisition strategy to increase quality leads that convert into revenue.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns; leveraging digital, email, direct mail, events and sales channels.
  • Partnering with sales to increase traction of the sales funnel and revenue pipeline, including list acquisition, scoring, campaign management and prioritization.
  • Identifying, quantifying, prioritizing and executing opportunities to test new channels.
  • Driving continued process improvements with campaign and channel performance analytics.
  • Managing the integrated acquisition plan and forecasting across all channels, developing/managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Leading, managing and mentoring direct reports and broader marketing team to maximize their potential both individually and as a team.
  • Leading day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficacy, efficiency and scalability.


  • 8+ years of marketing experience across a variety of channels.
  • 4+ years working with inside sales organizations.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven ability to generate and execute on innovative marketing ideas for integrated campaigns.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing a team with multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Experience using CRM's, Marketing Automation Platforms and Marketing Databases.




  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
