Onward Search is on a quest to find a Director of Digital Marketing who is interested in health, wellness, and cannabis.
You will be working with a rapidly growing cannabis company, responsible for the performance and optimization of our client's online marketing channels. You will experiment with creative and non-traditional tactics to create impactful marketing campaigns that support the brand and drive results.


  • Develop and execute Marketing Initiatives primarily including online marketing tactics, search, remarketing/ targeting, affiliates, email, etc.
  • Lead and Optimize paid search.
  • Lead and drive SEO Strategy & Performance.
  • Lead social media strategy and performance with a focus on driving followers and engagement.
  • Drive email performance, KPI's focusing on increasing engagement and reducing churn, as well as developing a robust CRM Strategy and program.
  • Drive innovation and testing.


  • 10+ Years progressive experience in marketing at least 1+ Years in a director-level position or above.
  • Established track record of developing and executing successful online marketing programs, being able to identify KPI's and define the impact.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills both verbal and written. Must be able to convey complex messages in clear, simple, relatable convincing manner.
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and doesn't need to rely on established rules to execute.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.
