Onward Search is on the hunt for a Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager to join the team of a fast-growing digital/e-commerce/shopper marketing company. They were named one of the best places to work in LA, and you will help scale a new arm of the company!

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full lifecycle of your desktop & mobile products including conception, analysis, testing, iteration of new features, and launch/post-launch.
  • Developing feature requirements and collaborating with internal teams to ensure buy-in throughout the company.
  • Integrating user research, usability studies, community feedback, market analysis into product requirements.
  • Conducting opportunity analysis, monitoring key metrics, and developing product enhancements for engagement, growth, & retention.
  • Leading the feature development process in concert with engineering, design, and QA and using A/B testing to drive the iterative development of improvements.
  • Strategy & Management in an Agile environment for platform & product definition, roadmap planning, testing & alpha/beta trials, revenue forecasting, and global product launches.
  • Providing high-level analysis of items such as feature-sets, platforms, and initiatives.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience taking ideas from ideation to launch for web & mobile products, preferably in the shopping and e-commerce industry.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment with Growth & Engineering teams.
  • Ability to write clear user stories & acceptance criteria and to think strategically using data and metrics to develop recommendations.
  • Strength in building relationships and partnering both within the company and externally to ensure consensus for the organization’s business goals.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Wireframing, information architecture, and design skills.
  • Online reward programs as well as video/media experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
