Onward Searchneeds a full-time, direct hire Director of Product for a leader in Accessibility Consulting.
As a Director of Productyou’ll:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of product managers to drive the growth and success of the product portfolio
Execute the product vision from discovery to launch by working with a cross functional team made up of Product Managers, Product Operations, UX designers, developers and other key stakeholders
Build strong relationships with cross functional teams and set the right expectations and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Work with product leadership to iterate and optimize processes from early exploration all the way to market launch.
Create and manage a portfolio product roadmap and relentlessly prioritize and manage expectations
Collaborate closely with product operations to align go-to-market activities with product marketing and enablement teams to ensure products and features are strongly positioned, launched and supported
Skills & Experience Needed:
Solid track record in product management and working in or leading empowered product teams. A successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a growth mindset that is obsessed with driving outcomes through product.
IDEALLY, Digital Accessibility knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
Experience in successfully launching zero to one products
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring and team management
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple products simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
