Onward Search is looking for a Director of Retention and Loyalty for an awesome healthcare client near Wilmington, NC!
** Ability to go on-site 3 days/week preferred.
• Manage retention communications and promotions for customers in all phases of the renewal lifecycle. Improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Manage the promotions Calendar for all marketing activities.
• Executes the multichannel contact streams for both new and disengaged customers, including email, direct mail, sms, retargeting & social campaigns.
• Responsible for all campaign elements including creative direction, page layouts, design and copy.
• Must be highly collaborative, working with cross functional leaders to gather their input in the development of new projects.
• Oversee all marketing initiatives for companies Rewards programs.
• Able to manage multiple vendors to optimize the yield from those relationships.
• Present performance data and insights to full Marketing team.
• Location flexibility: non-local candidates may travel to be onsite 3 days per week.
