Our client is looking for a E-commerce Marketing Manager for a 3+ month assignment. The role will support business objectives and evolve their digital footprint, and overall goal is to translate brand strategy into an optimized Ecommerce strategy that will maximize sales impact and ROI.


  • Serve as business lead and liaise with brand marketing, customer service, logistics, operations and IT to drive alignment, results and accountability
  • Support day-to-day management of our ecommerce sites and campaigns to create an optimal consumer-first user experience for our consumers and fans
  • Create and maintain marketing calendars in partnership with brand and planning to drive revenue and community engagement
  • Utilize web analytics tools to develop data-driven sales and content strategies to deliver an optimal consumer experience and maximize revenue
  • Make site enhancement recommendations to improve user experience and optimize financial performance
  • Perform daily site maintenance including quality assurance of product merchandising and banners
  • Assist in brand and product content development in partnership with franchise, design, marketing communications and production
  • Partner with PR, brand and digital marketing teams on launch activations, to ensure synergy and continuity across various consumer touchpoints
  • Review community boards, competitive sites and DTC trends to communicate regular insights, opportunities and concerns for the collective team
  • 6+ years’ experience in e-commerce preferably from a toy, retail or consumer products company
  • Prior work experience in ecommerce marketing and/or merchandising, including working with cross-functional teams, is required
  • Experience running an online DTC business is required
  • Strong ability to utilize analytics and insights to drive business decisions
  • Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
