Our client, a Social Media Company, is seeking a freelance eCommerce Analytics Specialist to join their team. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 


  • Help with technical aspects of customer on-boarding customers by assisting with client pixel implementation and integration with the customer’s existing ad tech & analytics stack.
  • For each advertiser, co-develop a measurement and attribution approach for client ads tailored to customer KPIs and measurement capabilities.
  • Set client expectations for performance based on client and advertiser data, and help with proposal development and forecasting.
  • Deliver regular reporting to customers, leveraging both Ads Manager and customer supplied data, and provide insights into the value delivered through marketing campaigns.


  • 2-6 years of managing analytics function either within an eCommerce operations or consulting with online retailers; Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Deep competency with Google Analytics implementation and setup; pixel implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Multi-channel attribution experience including making recommendations to senior management on attribution models and view vs. click conversion value.
  • Cross-functional communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical including Web Development and Engineering, as well as business stakeholders such as Marketing Managers and Media Buyers.
  • Experience leveraging social channels for customer acquisition experience a plus.
