Our client, a cosmetics company, is looking for a Manager of E-commerce to join their team.


  • Take performance metrics analytics for channel to improve brand messaging
  • Maximize revenue for business whilst hitting key performance goals around orders and CPA
  • Manage daily activity of website along with constant ad testing
  • Manage third party/vendor relationships
  • Work closely with team to generate dynamic content with measurable success
  • Develop team and manage performance and execution of digital ad specialist, digital marketing specialist and ecommerce specialist
  • Work closely with the founder to implement new web features designed to increase traffic and sales
  • Attend team meetings and work on initiatives to enhance web and optimize conversion
  • Manage KPI’s for organization
  • Lead strategy for ecommerce growth as it relates to ROI and customer acquisition
  • Generate advertising plans related to media buys and lead efforts with media vendor more with focus on conversion and creative
  • Create digital marketing SEO strategies to increase impressions and web traffic that translates to ecommerce sales
  • Generate channel revenue growth, creative testing, audience segmentation, bid management, campaign reports & analysis, email marketing initiatives and creative content to drive conversion
  • Evaluate current web platform looking for current optimization, and potential future solutions that increase customer interaction
  • Manage and drive channel growth for acquisition campaigns across various ad networks including IG and Facebook


  • 5-7 years of experience in the tech industry, preferably in e-commerce within the beauty sector would be ideal
  • Shopify experience a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and critical thinking ability Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO and Salesforce and have worked with web platforms including Yahoo! and Bing, and video platform YouTube.
  • Attention to detail, organized and able to optimize internal processes
  • Performance-oriented work ethic 
  • A “test and learn” mentality 
  • Be able to show case studies of generating leads and increased performance as it relates to sales having worked with loyalty programs and CRM are a plus


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
