The eCommerce Catalog Specialist II is responsible for supporting one of our clients’ largest eCommerce businesses units. The core responsibilities of the role will include updating the online catalog, including new product setup, optimizing and product assortment.

Skills:

  • Own, manage and update catalog related activities and responsibilities.
  • Work cross-functionally with the client and internal team members.
  • Plan and execute management of new item setup process to maximize SEO content.
  • Manage content updates, including images, descriptions.
  • Work with Sales leads to optimize product assortment and update pricing structures.
  • Address and manage all customer requests on catalog related issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Consumer Products industry or eCommerce experience/internship preferred - Recent grad acceptable.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce components and strategy.
  • Strong Excel skills with V-lookups, pivot tables needed.
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Fast learner of technical systems, data sources, and processes – SAP experience is a plus.
