Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire eCommerce Marketing Manager for a for a beauty brand

You’ll join the Marketing team to optimize and innovate on their approach to eCommerce. This role is on-site 4 days per week in their NYC office.

As a eCommerce Marketing Manager you’ll:

• Lead the day-to-day strategy and operations of the eCommerce site with a constant eye on improving customer experience
• Continually monitor and analyze site performance looking for opportunities to support testing and marketing campaigns
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ideate, strategize, and execute a variety of growth initiatives from new merchandizing strategies to the product roadmap for the site.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 5+ years in the digital marketing and eCommerce space
• Must have strong Shopify Plus experience
• The ability to work cross-functionally to achieve department and company goals
• Must have some professional exposure to the beauty eCommerce space
• Must have strong communications skills

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
