Our client, a global leader in the space of Ecommerce consumer goods, is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join the team. This role begins on-site in NYC as soon as possible. If this sounds interesting to you, please apply!

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the marketing, merchandizing, media, site development, customer experience, and analytics for a range of consumer focused brands.
  • Manage the and deliver upon the brand's P&L goals, owning the budget, taking account of top-line sales, KPIs and bottom-line numbers.
  • Drive the growth of new Ecommerce activities across additional marketplaces and international opprotunities.
  • Partner with your global counterparts to ensure all teams are utilizing the best in class tools, tactics and learnings that will drive overall company growth.
  • Create and own the promotions and advertising budgets, working with both internal and external creative agency and vendor teams to deliver campaigns in a cost effective manner.
  • Lead and mentor your Ecommerce team including a Marketing Specialist and Merchandizing Coordinator.
  • Create the campaign calendar for Ecommerce activities across promotions and product launches.
  • Oversee creative campaigns across owned and paid campaigns such as search, social, display, email, affiliate campaigns and social).
  • Create new incentives to acquire customers across offers, creative and strategy.
  • Develop and deliver upon forecasts for volume, costs and revenue targets.
  • Ensure that tactics are driving traffic to website, testing and learning strategies.
  • Attend and utlize conventions, comic conventions and more to promote the brand.
  • Continuously evaluate how brand and tactics are performing against P&L and budgets.
  • Work with global supply chain and logistics to ensure that inventory supports business tactics.
  • Partner with the team to plan the brand's presence for conventions and trade shows.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 4-6 years of Ecommere Marketing experience in an agency or in-house role.
  • Proven record of driving top and bottom-line sales for Ecommerce programs including P&L management.
  • Experience with Magento or other similar Ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience in PPC, SEO, Email and Affiliate Marketing, as well as, Retargeting Campaigns and Display Advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad manager, etc.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
  • Interest in comics and science fiction is a huge plus!
  • Must be open to working in a high-paced, nimble environment that is growing.
