Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a temp Ecommerce Merchandise Analyst to support the coordination of Spring and Fall items set up process across Amazon and the brand’s online catalog portfolio. Core responsibilities will span coordination of new season launches, page merchandising assets, review seeding programs, and brand stores.

The Ecommerce Operations team is responsible for optimizing the item set up process for key retail partners and our own branded sites. We serve as the source of truth and connection point to communicate our value proposition, key features and benefits of our portfolio in an e-commerce environment.


  • Support E-commerce Operations Manager in leading retailer-specific item setup process optimizations to increase conversion across Amazon and brand-owned catalog sites.
  • Understand retail-specific merchandising strategy and act as key point of contact and technical expert internally and externally to key partners.
  • Navigate item set up of +3k products with the support of NWS and continuously identify content enhancements across images, copy, video, A+ and resolve based on priority.
  • Support catalog categorization efforts.
  • Coordinate and execute creative requirements for Amazon storefronts across critical brands.
  • Execute Amazon Vine review seeding program.
  • Responsible for auditing and reporting against digital scorecard to track KPIs and measure success.


  • At least 2 years prior experience in e-commerce merchandising at mass retailers or DTC.
  • General understanding of business objectives and e-commerce merchandising tactics.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator.
